First run of new model Sharps Silhouette . It is a new variant of rifle, which according to our customers opinion, it is the most accurate percussion Sharps rifle in the world. This year we will have the pleasure to present you 3 new models. Today the first one - Sharps Sillhouette.

Compared to the Sharps Saguaro Sporting the new model has the following changes :

Heavier barrel
chamber for new shorter brass cal 45 Saguaro 2,1" , brass which ( depending on the bullet used) holds 55-70grs of black powder. It's the perfect caliber for shooting at a distance up to 600-700 meters.The smaller the dose of gunpowder the less rejection, the less BP residue and the less leading will occur.
Pistol grip stock improve the stability when shooting from a standing position.
Wide shotgun type buttstock minimizes rejection.
Bigger total weight of rifle 5.05 kg

In general, all the changes were made to improve the shooting comfort, as the first Sporting model in caliber 45 Saguaro 2.4 (70-90grs black powder) by many beginner shooters was considered as "hard kicking".

Every of our Sharps went through individual modifications to ensure maximum fit of the lock parts.
In Italian standard Sharps rifle the tolerance of the flash hole movement in the internal nipple relative to the hole in the brass reaches 2mm up, 2mm down and sidewards.

That is why every third Italian Sharps has problems with ignition despite using reinforced percussion caps.

The tolerance of such movement in Saguaro Sharps is 0,1mm in every direction.

Our rifle fires every time , using ordinary 4 wings caps , even after changing the nipple and using 4 mmm revolver caps.

Traditional Italian thick walled brass case has the flash hole has diameter of 2 mm. Our brass with the valve has the hole of 1,2 mm diameter and the new one without the valve even 0,3 mm !!
