Personal Data and Privacy Policy
```The controller of personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe Michał Kuropatwa, with its registered office at Klonowa 14, 95-035 Ozorków, Poland.
Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and other applicable legal provisions.
Personal data provided by customers is used in particular for the following purposes:
- processing and fulfilling orders,
- handling payments,
- delivering ordered goods,
- processing complaints and returns,
- maintaining accounting and tax records,
- fulfilling legal obligations,
- contacting customers regarding order fulfillment,
- conducting marketing activities related to the Controller’s own products and services,
- analyzing the operation of the online store and adapting displayed content to users' interests.
Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller solely to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes, including:

The Controller may use tools enabling analysis of online store usage, statistical reporting, newsletter distribution, product recommendations, abandoned cart reminders, and customer service optimization.
In connection with the use of these tools, cookies and similar technologies may be used to ensure the proper functioning of the online store, analyze website traffic, and conduct marketing activities.
The Controller may analyze user activity within the online store in order to improve service quality, optimize store performance, and better tailor displayed content and offers to users' interests. Such activities do not produce legal effects concerning users and do not similarly significantly affect them.
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a sales contract,
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations imposed on the Controller,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interests, including operating the online store, pursuing claims, analyzing store performance, and marketing its own products and services,
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the user's consent, where required.
Each customer has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- receive a copy of their personal data,
- rectify inaccurate personal data,
- erase personal data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent,
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection.
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and thereafter for the period required by applicable law.
Due to legal regulations governing the sale of firearms, the Controller is required to retain documentation relating to firearm sales for a period of 20 years.
